Location
We are located in Parco Arbostella, a residential area of Salerno Est with luxury apartments and surrounded by greenery and full of restaurants and places of entertainment, a stone's throw from the most famous beaches of the city with a view of the sea, and a stone's throw from the hospital, from the Marina D'Arechi port for luxury boats, from the new sports hall under construction, from the Mercatello park and from the Arechi stadium where Salernitana, the local football team, plays. We have a nearby Ippocratica pharmacy, a SPA, and 4 supermarkets nearby including Carrefour and Lidl, then the Mancini pastry shop which is top in Salerno and is very crowded on weekends where people come from all over the city for breakfast, the Vesuvio pizzeria which is among the best in Salerno which offers pizzas with rich fillings, also the Quadra Pizzeria which offers a lighter pizza, and Pizzeria Retrogusto, the Burger King, the Highlander Pub, the Caffè Verdi (a renowned and very popular place for the quality of its alcoholic cocktails and live music) and the Cioffi ice cream shop which has the whole range of ice creams including mini cones for children, the Re Mida restaurant with a quality menu for only €9 for the first and second course. Also on the sea side we have the beaches including the Eureka Restaurant beach, the Sea Garden beach and the b side disco as well as Mediaworld, Piazza Italia outlet and Conad supermarket and restaurant (with a large menu with many first and second courses to choose from based on land and sea for only €8/9 and the mega Doppio Malto brewery. We also have a subway service that connects the Arbostella station in 20 minutes to the city center and which will soon be connected to the Salerno Costa D'Amalfi airport as well as the University. We are always on the sea side very close to the main hotels in the city, the Mediterranea and the Novotel. Also in the same area we have several top outlets for clothing and footwear, and the Galleria Mediterranea shopping center with nearby outlets for the home and for pets Zoo Quark as well as the Daytona bowling alley.

Kitchen Use

Rooms
The Sea Room (Camera Mare) gives the feeling of being on a sailing ship – The Nirvana Room (Camera Nirvana), on the other hand, is a meditative, tantric place.
The Sea Room is equipped with a private bathroom reserved exclusively for guests, located outside and adjacent to the room, and features the highest standards of hygiene, including cleaning of shower panels and tiles after every use, in addition to the regular sanitization of fixtures. It is also equipped with a TV, a balcony for smoking with a comfortable table and chairs, and Daikin hot and cold air conditioning. The bathroom and the room are connected by a partition that provides greater privacy.
The Nirvana Room, on the other hand, has a private external bathroom that is shared only for laundry use during the day. This guarantees that guests are not disturbed while using the bathroom and ensures the maximum standards of cleanliness.
Furthermore, the owner uses the bathroom on rare occasions, only when present on the premises, to activate the washing machine for washing linens and for the presence and use of an additional wash tub for cleaning cloths and to sanitize floors and the bathroom.
The bathroom with green tiles is assigned to the Sea Room, while the one with blue tiles is assigned to the Nirvana Room.
The rooms can be converted into triple rooms when needed with the addition of the extra bed that we provide.
