🔒 Technology and Monitoring for Your Safety (QS-H)
📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE ON SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Our property is equipped with the following technologies, installed exclusively to ensure personal safety, property protection, and compliance with the Regulation (Art. B.4 - Unregistered Guests).
Acceptance of the Regulation implies acceptance of all the following security and privacy measures.

I. Active Systems
1. Air Quality Monitoring (Amazon Air Quality Monitor) (Smoke/Alcohol Detection M1): The property is equipped with an Air Quality Monitor that detects volatile organic compounds (VOCs), particulate matter, and alcoholic vapors in real-time. This system immediately signals misuse (violation of Art. C.1: Smoking/Vaping Prohibition) and alteration of the internal environment. Detection of smoke or anomalous alcoholic vapors triggers the immediate application of sanction M1.

2. Sound Level/Vibration Sensors (Aqara) (Anti-Noise M3/P6): Sensors are installed for monitoring decibels (dB) and vibrations to prevent noise, shouting, or disruptive activities. Violation will result in the application of codes M3 or P6
.
3. Movement / Presence Detector (Aqara FP2) (Anti-Unregistered Guests G1/B4): In common areas (entrance and corridor), an active, latest-generation radar/microwave sensor is used, which is not equipped with a camera. This sensor is used to detect the prolonged and unauthorized presence of additional people (violation of Art. B.4: Unregistered Guests) and anomalous movements.

II. Privacy and Traceability Notice (G.3)

Excluded Location: Monitoring devices are not present in private areas such as bedrooms (except for environmental sensors), and ARE NEVER PRESENT IN BATHROOMS.

No Voice/Video Recording: Monitoring is limited to the detection of physical parameters (presence/movement, air quality, sound level). No device records conversations, voices, or video.

Passive Security: All monitoring is limited exclusively to the detection of presence/movement in common areas and passive security, as provided by the Regulation.

Objective Written Proof: The activation of an alarm provides Objective Written Proof (G.2) that justifies the application of the sanction with immediate withholding from the Security Deposit (A.4).
