🔒 Technology and Monitoring for Your Safety (QS-H)
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Our facility is equipped with the following technologies, installed exclusively to ensure personal safety, property protection, and compliance with the Regulations (Art. B.4 - Unregistered Guests).

Motion/Presence Detection (Aqara FP2): In common areas (entrance and corridor), we use latest-generation Aqara FP2 microwave sensors, which do not include cameras. These sensors detect the prolonged and unauthorized presence of additional people (violation of Article B.4: Unregistered Guests) and abnormal movements (violation of Article B.1: Disturbance/Violence), triggering an operational alarm for the Manager.

Smoke Detectors (Ledvance): The property is equipped with intelligent Ledvance smoke detectors that immediately signal the risk of fire and improper use (violation of Art. C.1: Smoking Prohibition).
Privacy Notice: There are no cameras in private areas (bedrooms, bathrooms), and monitoring is limited exclusively to detecting presence/motion in common areas and for passive security, as required by the Regulations. Acceptance of the Regulations implies acceptance of these security measures.
